Fantastic customer service and an indispensable resource of parts for pretty much every major appliance. Even really old ones! They’ve helped me get my now 40 year-old dryer up and running again twice in the last 15 years. Couldn’t be happier with these folks.

I called today after having a problem with the dryer at the rental house my family and I are staying at in Douphin Island. Pete answered the phone and I have NEVER had anyone be so nice and helpful, ever! He was quick to help, had every bit of knowledge I needed and he told me exactly how to take it apart and what to test to determine my issue. My dad was able to follow his directions and take apart the dryer with ease. We tested the parts that needed to be tested to determine the issue and he was spot on. B&B had the part in stock which made things so easy and convenient. Pete made it possible for us to have our problem fixed the SAME DAY!! I cannot say enough good... read full review

Great spot for purchasing parts! Customer service is an absolute 10/10. Called ahead to see if they had the part I was looking for, they found it quickly, had only one in stock and went above and beyond to set it aside for me without me asking. These guys are awesome! Can’t recommend enough!
