So so nice. They really take the time to help you get what you are looking for. We came in for a saxophone and they really spent a lot of time with us going over options as far as each instrument, pricing, accessories, etc. The store is clean, organized and easy to shop. This was over an hour drive for us and we will definitely be returning ☺️

When the handle on my Taylor guitar case broke I spent hours fixing it in a way that I was sure would last forever. It lasted 2 weeks! So I went online and found a black leather and composite handle with buckles at Andy's. I had a question about the width of the leather part that went through the D rings on my case and someone got back to me with the answer immediately. I ordered the handle and it was shipped promptly. Took about 2 minutes to install the handle on my case. It looks great and works perfect. Thanks Andy's!
