Emily was awesome and great at communication. This was my first haircut in Birmingham, so it was nerve-wracking. But it went perfectly! Very thankful for a good haircut at a good price!

My daughter and I got in at same time as first time customers. We both have super thick hair and was extremely nervous from past bad cuts...Seen Emily on FB and took chance. I can tell you I'm a happy girl. massage and wash was relaxing. Took her time and listen to my wants.
