We were very pleased with the service provided by Zoe. She introduced herself and was very professional. She found a pipe that had pulled apart under our house and she pushed it together and provided us with pictures and recommended that we have a plumber out. She also warned us of several wasp nests by one of the access points to our crawl space. Since I’m allergic to them, I greatly appreciated that. I hope she continues to provide our inspections.
In need of excellent pest control technician, Julian Buckner with TERMINIX is the man. He is professional, knowledgeable, and gets the job done. His customer service support/problem resolution skills are over and above.
