Just top notch service in every way. We have regular coverage through Cooks and had to make a few modifications to our service due to medical issues and they enthusiastically rolled with the punches.Phillip, our representative is friendly, professional and knows his stuff.We've been a customer for a little over 2 years now and have been pleased with the results, the cost and that we don't have mice in the attic any more.10/10

We are fortunate to have Scottie as our service technician for Cook's Pest Control. I feel compelled to report to Cook's Management just how well this young man represents their company. Employees that are friendly and willing to go above and beyond expectations in this economy capture my attention and this type of team member is the foundation for building long lasting business relationships. They create loyal customers. Every business needs the type of employee that makes customers choose their employer to do business with over other companies.
