TDI Services

TDI Services offers professional and courteous lawn care services, specializing in effective weed treatment that often yields better results than store-bought options. The team is straightforward and honest, providing customers with realistic assessments of their lawn's condition. While the company has a reputation for savings, some clients have found the timing of prepayment inconvenient during the holiday season.

Recently, Tim Holt performed yard treatment and demonstrated honest commitment to doing an excellent job. Joshua, a technician in SE Huntsville, has been appreciated for his clear communication and thorough explanations of the work done, contributing to the improvement of lawns. Eli has also made a significant impact, with clients noting their lawns are greener and thicker than ever. His attention to detail has resolved previous struggles with grass growth.

Although some clients have faced challenges this year, including issues with weed control and lawn health, area managers have stepped in to address concerns. Many customers appreciate that the managers are willing to make personal visits to resolve problems. However, there have been reports of difficulty in communication, with some clients feeling the need to leave negative reviews to get a response.

Despite these issues, many long-time customers remain hopeful for improvements, as they have been with TDI since 2018. Some clients have noticed a significant increase in weeds, particularly in the backyard, and have expressed concerns about the overall health of their grass. Others report that their neighbors are experiencing similar issues, speculating that changes in treatment formulas might be affecting results.

Carlos and the rest of the staff have been described as amazing and kind, with many customers noting the friendliness and efficiency of the office team. Eric also received positive feedback for his professionalism and timely service during a termite treatment visit. Overall, TDI Services strives to provide quality lawn care but is currently navigating some challenges that customers hope will be resolved soon.
