I would like to thank Rob I was manning the phones today for all of his help with my fireplace. For some reason the pilot light on our gas fireplace went out. And we have been trying to get it resolved for about a week. When we called the company through our builder valor they told us they wouldn’t be able to come out until December. We also called A few other companies But we’re not available and when we found one that was available they never called back to confirm any appointments. Then today after searching Google I found air-conditioning systems Inc. and spoke to Rob who is manning phones. Rather than making an appointment it would’ve cost us $175 for a five minute troubleshooting issue he walked me step-by-step over the phone getting our pilot light back on and resolving the problem over the phone. These days this is very rare to find companies with integrity and honesty to give up a little bit of money to make a permanent customer. And that is what Robert did today! Not only am I posting on your website but I’m also posting on next-door and other social media to let them know if they need any air conditioning heating or even just a fireplace repair! I will definitely be recommending air-conditioning systems Inc. for all my future repairs and needs. Thank you Robert I really appreciate your time on the phone. Great Company. Called on Weds, came out on Thursday, and installed unit on Friday. Had similar price quotes from others with lead times of a week or more for install. Cannot beat the pricing and turn around of this company. That is "Customer Service"! Thank you ACS.
