Mr. Dees came to do an inspection and informed me of a duct that was down in my crawl space. He just picked it up off the tire ream, (where someone had laid it) and put it back on. The air duct had been taken down previously by an inspector from another company, who quoted me a huge price to install a brand new one when there was Nothing wrong with the one already there. Thank you, Mr. Dees!
