I contacted Clark Washington Heating and Air and was pleasantly surprised to have the phone answered by a polite professional who transferred me to Mr. Marks. Mr. Marks assessed the situation, I have an elderly parent in the house and the temp was dropping, made my service call a priority, showed up when he said he would and fixed the problem. Made an 80 mile round trip for a $147.00 ticket. Also he is a nice man. Thank you Mr.Marks.“
