“I have used Spencer Heating And Air at our Opelika house for years. But recently asked them to service my Heating And Air at our Lake House. Thomas came over the day that I called. Identified the problem as a bad blower fan motor. Ordered the part only the next day to realize it was the wrong part. He went back to the supply house and got the correct part and after 5 o’clock fixed our air conditioner. Don’t get many people to do service like that. Thank you Thomas and Spencer Hearing and Air.“
