“Our AC stopped running cool air, and I had originally called Coley Heating and Air. The man I had spoke to was kind and respectful and I understand that their only tech was busy and would eventually get to me, however no one had ever called me to just inform me that they would be coming by whenever they would be able to. Hours had went by, still no communication. Our home was over 95 degrees.

With still no hearing back from Coley, I then called Atmore Heating and Air, and they instantly sent out a tech. Within 10 minutes, our tech, David, had arrived. He fixed the issue in 20 minutes. David was experienced, extremely kind, and had incredible hospitality. Very professional and trustworthy. We loved doing business with him and Atmore Heating and Air. “Where do I start…prior to moving to AL, we had done research and had our HVAC unit replaced in Arizona. The research for the most part had already been done, or so we thought. Being from Arizona, we did not consider dehumidification as a parameter in our HVAC selection.
David was referred to us by our Realtor and since having an entire AC unit is costly, we did our due diligence and had two other companies come out and give us an estimate.
In the end, we decided to hire David and his crew because I felt he would take care of us like a brother would. He was honest, upfront, and provided all the options that would best suit our situation. We scheduled a time for him to install the unit the following week.
