Wilson Cleaners & Laundry Co

Are you kidding me? I had no idea such service existed! These folks have a wonderful drive-up area that is completely covered where they warmly greet you. They are super affordable. They are very professional and excellent at their service. They even pop the beautifully pressed and cleaned items right in the back of your car! Amazing service and the only place I will be going! I just started a new job just around the corner and was looking for a cleaners and I have absolutely found one.

Edited - the owner called me personally and apologized and offered to make it right. Extremely grateful for the level of service and will be back as a customer!

I wanted to share with everyone on here my horrible experience with Wilson Cleaners. They dry cleaned a sweater I paid $100 for and it shrunk, pilled, and frayed. I had worn it once. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they refused. They even refused to refund me my dry cleaning fee. Please beware if you take anything there they accept zero responsibility

I couldn't be more pleased with Wilson Cleaners on Whitesburg. Not only is it very conveniently located, but JAMI WAS PHENOMENAL!! I needed a dry cleaner in the area so I called the Whitesburg location and got all of the information I needed in under 3 minutes. When I got there she was very busy but she still took the time to walk me through how it works AND made the time to call me later in the afternoon with more information I had inquiries about. Wilson Cleaner's will absolutely have my business from here on out!!
