This is my favorite place to do laundry now. I absolutely love the fact that it's always clean when I go in there and I also like that you can use your card on the machines if you don't have any coins on you

I was reluctant to come here based off the recent, no so great reviews, but I had no problems here. It's a laundromat. Machines were clean enough and worked just fine. It was quiet and not busy. I came to use one of the big washing machines for a large rug that's too big to wash at home. It was $9 for the wash. There's a coin machine to exchange bills for quarters. The machines all take card as well. There's a snack machine and a vending machine for cleaners (although it was out of order it had a sign that said to ask an attendant if you needed anything).

I used 5 Points this morning to was two oversized comforters. Plenty of washers and dryers available. The facility was very clean. The other patrons were very nice and polite. I had no issues. Good experience.
