Wilson Cleaners is a good business that stands behind their word. Clothes always come back looking very nice. They worked with a customer on a quick turn around for a suit for an unexpected funeral. The owner made phone calls and made it happen. They did a great job with a black suit and white dress shirt with French cuffs. Although the shirt had already been laundered, they insisted on dry cleaning it before pressing. The owner identified the root cause of a mix-up, got a shirt back, and gave an unnecessary in-store credit. Highly recommended.
It’s easy to be a good business when things go well. It’s much harder when things don’t. Due to some minor mix-ups, one of my shirts went home with someone else. After making several inquiries into how to get my shirt back, the owner called me personally to let me know she was taking care of it. True to her word, she identified the root cause, got my shirt back, and even gave me an unnecessary in-store credit. I have only been in the local area for several weeks, so I thought this to be an inauspicious beginning. However, Wilson Cleaners stood behind their word and earned my business. Highly recommended.
