Barry and the employees of Valhalla treated us and our departed with so much dignity, from the moment they picked up our loved one to days later at the entombment. We were naive to the process and they walked us through the steps with sincerity and professionalism . Our family is large and had a lot of questions . They quickly responded to all of us without ever making us feel rushed, yet kept us on track. They did everything as planned alleviating any anxiety . I want to express a very special THANK YOU to the Valhalla funeral home team. During this most difficult time in my life, this team guided me with such grace and kindness thru all the preparations. They coordinated arrangements between two different towns to accommodate my husband’s last wishes. On the day of the service, everything was prepared and handled with such care. They were very professional and explain everything. Also they didn’t pressure you in buying what you didn’t want. Kenny was very polite and up to date on everything they had to offer.
