Vonelece and Stefini were great.
Vonelece is a great front desk lady. She is working on 4 or 5 people at one time and never got mad or lost her patience.
She explained they are short staffed and they would make sure we were taken of.
What an amazing employee. And other customers were bragging on her too!
Ran over my phone when I dropped the phone with my wheelchair. Cracked the screen. They fixed it in just a few hours. Price was over 50% of the cost of a new Google Pixel 9a but the phone looks brand new. Great job! 👍
On January 7th2026, I went to UBREAKIFIX for a battery replacement on my Samsung S25 plus. Justin’s customer service and communication was top notch and my phone was repaired. The only complaint that I have is that at 3 pm I was told my phone was ready. Upon arrival to pick up my phone, I had to wait an extra hour to pick it up, this was no fault of the employees because there was a system issue. Other than that minor issue, I am very pleased with the service that I received from this store, and I will be coming here again if any other service needs arise.
