The last time we had service from Tried and True for our AZ home (may 2021) we were disappointed the tech was not vaccinated nor masked. At the height of the pandemic we could not have anyone in due to my serious respiratory health problems. Today, my husband called to schedule service and he was told they will no longer due business with us! Unbelievable! They certainly do not have the customer's well being in mind. They don't want our business so they do not need your's. Save your peace of mind, and your health, and give a grateful business your support. Not this one.

The owner is really invested in his business. He goes out of his way to make sure customers are happy! Responsive, great value, and willing to try new things to help with my pest control needs. I highly recommend reaching out to them for a quote, questions, or any concerns. Especially if you have animals or livestock they will work with you to make sure they stay safe.

Don't use these guys if you are on any kind of timeline. I had them come out for a WDI inspection for a VA refinance prior to closing. The tech arrived on time, completed the inspection and promised a report submitted to the bank in 2-3 days. It's been 2 weeks and multiple calls trying to get the report but still no luck. My bank loan officer has even tried contacting them directly, still nothing.

If you are on any kind of timeline, do not use this company. Had them come out to do a WDI inspection for a VA refinance. The technician completed the inspection as scheduled and said it would take 2 to 3 days to finish up the paperwork and submit to my bank. It's been 2 weeks, multiple calls, and still no inspection report. My loan officer even called the company to try to get them to submit the paperwork, still no luck.

I called with a problem at four in the afternoon and they were at my house at 9:00 the next day. The technician was incredibly knowledgable. Very friendly folks. Glad I called them.
