Overall I was pleased with the service (A+ on time) and the arrangement (B+ very nice). The reason I'm not giving the arrangement an A is because it looked pretty different from the one we ordered on their website which was more colorful than the white and green one that arrived. While I understand flower availability may impact design at any florist, it would have been nice for them to stick with the same color theme as the arrangement advertised online. ALSO, this one of the many businesess now contributing to Tipflation. There is a $20 delivery fee and then a $10 service fee, and then they want a tip on top of that? I can't express how pleased I was with our order! The dish was beautiful and the arrangement was much more appropriate than many other florists that I've used. In addition, the price was very reasonable, particularly when you see the numerous plants in the dish. The representative with whom I spoke was so very accommodating and asked if I wanted to change anything (flowers, ribbon, container, etc) but we loved everything about it. I, absolutely, recommend them! Their customer service was fantastic and the arrangement they put together was absolutely gorgeous! We sincerely appreciate your support during this time. Thank you!

They were so wonderful this past Saturday. I called from Wyoming and wanted a corsage for my Granddaughter's junior prom. They did a beautiful one and delivered it. She was so surprised and happy. Thank you so much for doing this for me last minute. I will be ordering more from you.
