My massage was excellent. However, my experience was not so great with the concierge, Crystal. This spa is not for African Americans. I requested a 2XL robe and a 10 shoe. I received an XL or L and a 9 shoe. I requested a 2XL robe and a 10 shoe again. I received a 5XL. Then, I received the correct shoe size. I was told to enjoy my service. I was not given a tour nor offered any of the amenities. I wasn't even asked if I had been there previously. However, I said to myself that maybe she doesn't know any better. Well, while waiting for my service, this lady came in after me. She was provided the 2XL robe, which she said she didn't have anymore, but would go downstairs to the laundry and get if I wanted her to do so. She didn't go get one nor did anyone bring one upstairs. Also, while leaving and this other lady came in for her service, Crystal handled her very differently. My sister, please take your business and money somewhere else. A day at the spa is all about the experience

They didn’t even give us a robe or a towel or shoes we were in our underwear until my sister found a towel for us then the masseuse saw us and said oh no that’s not right and went and got what we needed thank God for the two ladies
