I was seen on time and had my questions answered. They were also aware of the possible side effects of the medication in relation to my heart problem. I was very satisfied with the visit.
MEDICALLY EVERYTHING and EVERYONE is STUPENDOUS.....except BILLING!!! Billing is a MESS! The statement and invoices and online billing will make absolutely NO SENSE WHATSOEVER!! You will be unable to reconcile everything and the billing department expects you to do a $60K job for them at home trying to figure out if you actually do owe money and exactly for what! And when THEIR accounting is screwed, so is yours AND YOUR FSA!!! How can a person pay for the entire year of 2023 and yet get a bill requiring payment on a January 2023 charge, which has long been paid. AND you can't have a meeting with them as they are behind locked doors in a secure lcation...I see why!!
I went to the urgent care yesterday and saw the NP Taylor Clark. She was so patient and so kind and listened to all of my concerns with my ankle before providing me with a conservative treatment that suits my lifestyle. Thank you, Taylor!!
