However, the billing department has received criticism for its confusing invoices and statements, leading to difficulties in understanding charges and potential discrepancies.
Dr McDonald listens to the patient’s concerns and makes recommendations. What I liked most is that he is not quick to a surgical solution only. He is knowledgeable and honest and will tell you the truth if he cannot make it better by surgery, he won’t do it.
Excellent customer service. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Dr. Yu is very knowledgeable and cordial. He took time to listen and answer questions, and he made us feel very comfortable with our treatment plan. Very highly recommend!
My experience with Vince Andrew's was stellar!!
I was there for a recheck of my hip replacement last August by Dr. Clayton.
Dr. Andrew's was courteous, in no rush. After throughly explaining what he saw on my latest (that day) hip X-ray he answered each & every one of my questions to my complete satisfaction.
SportsMED, Dr. Clayton, Dr. Andrew's, & their complete staff are all top notch.
I recommend them to anyone 110%!!!
