I cannot recommend Southern Comfort HVAC highly enough, and David Smart, the owner, in particular. When we built our house two years ago and moved in, we ran into some issues with our air conditioning unit. David went above and beyond any reasonable expectation to help us get it resolved.
What stood out most was his persistence. The problem wasn't a quick or easy fix—it actually took more than a year to fully diagnose and resolve—but David never gave up. He kept at it, methodically working to identify the root cause, and eventually got everything fixed.

Southern Comfort installed my HVAC equipment when my home was built 6 years ago. I have used them to maintain said equipment on a yearly basis. They were quick to respond when I had an unexpected issue arise. Their employees have been courteous, professional and thorough. Shout out to Tech Hunter who was here recently and took good care of the situation. Their price is always fair. I'm very happy with Southern Comfort HVAC service. 5 stars
