I cannot recommend Southern Comfort HVAC highly enough, and David Smart, the owner, in particular. When we built our house two years ago and moved in, we ran into some issues with our air conditioning unit. David went above and beyond any reasonable expectation to help us get it resolved.
What stood out most was his persistence. The problem wasn't a quick or easy fix—it actually took more than a year to fully diagnose and resolve—but David never gave up. He kept at it, methodically working to identify the root cause, and eventually got everything fixed.
I was absolutely blown away by the amount of follow-up and support he and his team provided throughout the entire process. That kind of dedication and commitment to standing behind their work is rare these days.
If you're considering anything HVAC related, do yourself a favor and call Southern Comfort HVAC. You won't find a more dedicated and trustworthy team.

Southern Comfort installed my HVAC equipment when my home was built 6 years ago. I have used them to maintain said equipment on a yearly basis. They were quick to respond when I had an unexpected issue arise. Their employees have been courteous, professional and thorough. Shout out to Tech Hunter who was here recently and took good care of the situation. Their price is always fair. I'm very happy with Southern Comfort HVAC service. 5 stars

Based off the driving of one of your trucks I'd be afraid to contact this company. The driver this morning on the PKWAY was driving erratically, running up on my & others back bumper. Waving his hands & weaving in & out of traffic. He almost hit me several times as we exited from 565 to pkway. He got mad & waved his arms I could see him. Unfortunately I was only able to get the little bit of video I could cause I had to let this company know how this driver almost cause multiple accidents today. I'm surprised he didn't in the time I seen him driving erratically on parkway
