Excellent service, front office coordinated schedule and kept me posted online with status of my job, the tech arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a professional job of replacing water heater, the temperature outside was very hot but he stuck with it, we made sure he had water to drink as the garage was like an oven. He cleaned up everything afterwards and left the area spotless. Overall, very pleased with the quality of service. We have used Scott Plumbing several times and have never been disappointed.

The folks here and Keith, the owner, are top notch. Smart, want to solve problems, and don’t mind if it takes a little time to figure out. They repaired an old shower faucet by getting newly manufactured parts for a discontinued faucet. They are very pleasant and the cost is very reasonable. I DEFINITELY will be calling again.

Bobby and Ryland came out the same day I called and replaced a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) with a new unit. They did a great job at a fair price and used good materials. The original quote was higher in case the check valve needed to be replaced as well. Thankfully, that part was still good, so that made the final bill cheaper. I would recommend this company based on my experience.
