Loosing a love one is extremely hard but I have to say Royal Funeral Home went above and beyond during the passing of my dad Elijah Crutcher. My mom is disabled and wheelchair bound so it takes us a little longer to get things done the day we met to make my dad's final arrangements it went very smooth and easy. Nikki and Corey was so helpful and patient with us and on the day of my dad's funeral my mom was in the family car driven by Nikki she once again was extremely patient and helpful with my mom we even got some laughs in and for that I will forever be grateful!!! Ms.Jackie Baker was an absolute pillar of strength for myself and my family as we were going through this entire process of losing our Mother. Her heartfelt prayers, words of encouragement of comfort, and calls lifted us.
Whenever there were issues, she made it right with a smile and concern. Her patience and attention she gave did not go unnoticed.
At the cemetery things became “real” to me. I had a complete melt down, and Ms. Baker held on to me so tightly. She walked me to the car, holding my hand.
