Precision Crawlspace and Renovation came in with a complete system designed to remedy our soggy and moldy crawl space. It wasn't guesswork. They stuck the landing the first time. With the encapsulation, new crawl space door, French drain, sump pump, dehumidifier and replacement of our 40 year old central air duct work, the air in our home feels a lot better. While the old duct work was being pulled out and replaced, Sawyer Williams installed two AC window units so we never broke a sweat. We are beyond impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness, cleanliness, and the immaculate results of their work. The encapsulation, vapor barrier installation, and all of the structural repairs were precise. I appreciate the owner’s willingness to explain the entire process clearly in every step of the way. I called Sawyer and his team to look into some issues with the framework and condition of my crawlspace. He came out and took pictures and videos and explained exactly what was happening and how to fix it. It turned out to be a much bigger issue than I anticipated. He walked me through every step and answered all of my questions very promptly. His team showed up when he said they would and were polite and respectful. When I had a 2nd concern, he jumped right in to make sure everything was better than he found it. As a single mom, he explained without making me feel dumb. He was patient while I got the money.
