BEWARE AND DO NOT USE(after reading, check yelp too): Dr. Kennedy is the second worst optometrist I have ever encountered. I have been told for years that I have risk factors for developing glaucoma. I don’t always do the testing but sometimes I do. Well, a few weeks ago I went back for it just to check on it. Dr. Kennedy interpreted the test results to me and said I had several high risk factors and wanted to prescribe a medication to prevent the development. I said I needed to think about this and asked for a summary of what she was telling me and a copy of the test results, just for my reference to think about. She got very offended and started raising her eyebrows at me, speaking in a stern tone telling me that that I should do what she was telling me because my doctor told me to. I simply wanted a chance to take a breath, research the medicine, talk to my husband, and make a decision. I’m not the type of person to decide something in the room with the doctor at the moment they say to do it. She told me she didn’t have an email address associated with her practice and they would send the results to my primary care doctor at the time she was seeing me. When I told the girl at the front I didn’t want to schedule a follow up (because after her reaction I definitely wanted a second opinion), because I was going to think about this and maybe ask another doctor, she immediately didn’t want to help me anymore. I waited a few weeks to make sure my doctor and I got the information. After having to call, I got all my results emailed to me. Dr. Kennedy is a pushy doctor who doesn’t respect patient boundaries.

The front office has been extremely disappointing. I called to ask about my pupillary distance (PD) from my most recent eye exam, and I was told it wasn’t documented anywhere in my records or notes. I was then informed I would need to come back in just to have it measured and written down. This has made me question whether my exams are being conducted thoroughly or if all necessary measurements are being properly recorded. I’ve been a patient here for years, but this experience has unfortunately cost them a customer.
Excellent care from Dr. Bagley, but the front office and assistants need improvement.

We have appointments scheduled at 2:00 PM and 2:15 PM for two family members together and arrived at 2:20 PM. Was told they only take one person because we have been later for more than 15 mins for one appointment. With former previous experiences (3 times) that two people would have to wait at least 45 mins to start eye exam make me feel very uncomfortable that client have to wait for long time (cannot complain anything) but they wont wait for client for more than 5 mins.

I had a fantastic experience at Perfect Optical Eyecare Center! The reception staff was lovely, the ladies who ran the different tests were kind and gentle. Dr. Karolyn Lane-Hill was relatable, personable and delightful. Their equipment was super high tech too. I had an excellent experience overall and am so glad I went here!

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is due to the eye doctor being fantastic and the one employee who helped me pick out my glasses, I wish I would have caught her name. The desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was appalled the 3 times I had to interact with them. There is no reason to treat people the way that they do.

Most recent visit here was not the best. They're constantly trying to get me to try new contact lenses that never work right and then I have to call them back and cancel that order and order my original contact lenses, which I guess I just need to be more forceful about telling them I don't want new things and then they tell me that they had ordered a full year supply of contact lenses. Even though I specifically said I only wanted to pay for 6 months right now. They did not send me the eyeglasses prescription that I asked for until after I called back and asked for that a second time and then when I did receive it, it's incomplete because they didn't measure my eyes which I didn't even think to ask while I was there. I just asked for an up-to-date eyeglasses prescription and then when I have to call back to cancel my contact order they have to call me back three different times and tell me that they're not going to be able to get to it in one day. They'll have to call me back on Monday even though I'm out of contact lenses. I have to wait all weekend for them to order them to then tell me it's going to take 2 weeks for them to show up

Filled out all paperwork online when I made the appointment. Receptionist demanded my wife's health insurance card, and lost patience with her as English is her second language and tried to grab my wife's wallet. Made her re-do all the paperwork. Decided to leave. Rude.

I cannot sing their praises enough. Every single member of their team was courteous, professional and qualified in what they do. I'd like to specifically express gratitude to Dr. Bagley for helping me with my contacts. If you're curious about wearing contacts, he is remarkably patient, and gives great insight in how to do so.

My partner went here with my toddler and was sold a frame with the size for a child (7-12y). What is shocking is that the staff when questioned thought that it was no issue with it and had no responsibility in what frame was selected. Improper Lens Alignment was not a concern at all. Just tied the frames to the maximum and that was it. Disappointing. Taking the frames to another eye clinic to make sure my kid eyesight isnt affected.
