Wonderful experience! Shane and his group did an amazing job and went above and beyond to ensure the floors were perfect, even to offer to help me move the furniture back into the house! He found black mold under my original floors and went to the trouble of spraying and using a fan to dry it. I was contacted consistently with an update of the progress. Everyone was so kind and helpful! I could not recommend them enough!!!

Old Gin just recently finished installing Coretec LVT in our kitchen, breakfast area and laundry room. Old Gin was super helpful and accommodating throughout the process and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Shane addressed all of our questions/concerns in advance of starting the project (I have to say I might have been a doubter about how some of it was going to work out) and made sure the final result was exactly as he told us it would be. It all looks great! And shout out to Martin; he’s an awesome installer! He can make any cut, and cleans his work area every day before he leaves the property. He’s a gem.
We recently had Old Gin do a hardwood installation. Shane was very helpful during the selection process and coordinating the installation. His employees took great care during the install process and the finished product looks great.
