Jim was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was particularly impressed by is tenacity in solving a particularly challenging tech problem I had with my computer that other tech support companies had been unable to solve.
NATC gave new life to my laptop! I don't fully understand, but I know he worked magic for us. Gone is the frustration of boots that took HOURS!! I am very pleased and would trust him for any future issues.
I was very pleased with the service Jim gave me. He was able to figure out how to keep my 2012 Windows 10 laptop going at a very reasonable price. I recommend him to anyone having computer issues.
