My car broke down in Columbia, TN; about an hour and half from home. GEICO called Mike’s Wrecker Service, and am I ever so glad they did. Being so far from home base, and on a weekend, car dealerships and rentals closed – I was in a bind. Matt was the individual who responded, and I had an outstanding experience. He put me at ease, very patient, and kept me updated when he would arrive. I needed a ride back home, and it didn’t feel like we were stuck in a tow truck for an hour and a half. He dropped off my car at the dealership and everything went so smoothly. Thank you Matt – if I need a tow in the future I’ll be requesting Mike’s Wrecker Service!
Matt was extremely kind and took real good care of us. Would definitely recommend Mike's Wrecker Service to anyone in the Huntsville area needing wrecker services. 5/5 🌟 great service!!! 🔥
There are not enough kind words that I can say about Mike at Mike’s Wrecker Service and his employees. I have had the worst car luck (honestly my whole life but more recently) and this man truly just wants to help others. He graciously took care of me and sent me on my way with my items from my car and a blessing. I hope he & his staff receive all the kindness in the world. You guys made a huge difference for me today. Thank you, again!
