Called for a tow when my Miata would not restart after getting gas. Was told 1-1.5 hrs since was a car ahead of me. About 2 hours in I called back, the owner Brandon Chandler) had my number recorded and answered me by name. Did some checking, found out the reason for delay and offered to get a jump box and head my way while still waiting for the truck. No luck with jump, but he crawled under and tapped the starter and I was headed home. Totally professional, offered me a ride home and he would wait with my car. Will definitely call Chandler towing next time I need a tow. With my luck, that'll be next month...lol. thanks!!!

I didn't catch the name of my tow driver, but he was efficient and professional. Knew exactly where he was going and how to deal with my truck. I had an insurance claim tow, but if I ever need another tow, I will be calling them.
I'm so thankful for Chandler Towing. We were 90 minutes from home after a medical procedure when our tire was punctured. The dispatcher went out of his way to find us a nearby repair shop and expedite our tow truck so we could get there before closing. The driver was great, and Pep Boys on Memorial repaired the tire instead of selling us a new one. I wish I remembered the dispatcher's name (this was Wednesday late afternoon 9/23), but his kindness and thoughtfulness made all the difference on a very challenging day. Thank you!
