We contacted Locktec regarding a safe that we had but never used. Mark came out at the scheduled time, meticulously cleaned and oiled the lock, cleaned the safe, and created a new combination for us. He also took the time to make sure that we were able to lock/unlock the safe with the new combination and created a “cheat sheet” for us to use. I highly recommend this company. They went beyond our expectations, to great satisfaction.

I had locked my keys in the car with my little one inside by accident and Locktec showed up incredibly fast and took care of us. The serviceman was very respectful and kind. I could never thank him enough for his kindness and making sure to get to me quickly. Highly recommend!

I had a need to rekey my house after a roommate was evicted. I was considering switching to digital locks. The first locksmith I visited no longer does residential work. The second one does residential, but not digital. He referred me to LockTec - they still do residential AND do work with digital locks! Arranged a day for installation.
