We contacted Locktec regarding a safe that we had but never used. Mark came out at the scheduled time, meticulously cleaned and oiled the lock, cleaned the safe, and created a new combination for us. He also took the time to make sure that we were able to lock/unlock the safe with the new combination and created a “cheat sheet” for us to use. I highly recommend this company. They went beyond our expectations, to great satisfaction.

Called and reached a HUMAN ?Made an appointment and had quick, professional and reasonably priced service! Thanks Mark ?? Definitely recommend this business for anyone needing to use a ? locksmith. Mark unlocked my Casita Trailer within minutes--after he traveled about 10 miles to do so.

These ladies are the best. I had gone to several lock smith's with a stahl tool box lock that the keys were lost.one 2 places in Decatur could not do it.these girls hD my keys in 2 hours
