I love going to this nail shop. I like them all but Tanyas my fav. She speaks very good English so we are able to have long awesome talks. She has also become my therapist but Moreno my good friend who I have grown to love!!! Now on to the good stuff...She does an amazing job every time on my nails and pedicure! Ive had others do them when she is unavailable and they too do a great job but Ive built that rapport with her. I also really like the owner. He is sooo nice. For Christmas he gave all of his customers cuticle oil. Ive never gone to a nailshop where they give you a gift just because. They also give me discounts when I come because they have a loyalty program. If they are loyal to me Im gonna be loyal to them. You get a free adult drink too. Its also a nice vibe. I love the music they play.
The only change I'd make is to sometimes have something playing on YV other than the Ninja Challenge show. Not everyone wants to watch that every single time lol. But its a small price to pay for an otherwise greay experience. (The pic attach is my nails after 1 month. See how they've held up because it was a quality job?)

Amazing service everytime I go. James and Emily did a wonderful job with my nails and nail art. If Emily tells you trust her do it! You won’t regret it. Nam the manager is a pleasant delight, he’s fun and always greets with a smile. 10/10 every time

I come here often, but today’s experience was frustrating. There was way too much back and forth just trying to explain what I wanted. The man I dealt with was very rude and dismissive. I showed an email for 10% off that was sent to me for my birthday, and he said they don’t send emails. Instead of handling it professionally, he kept going back and forth about it and then said “sorry, happy birthday,” which came off sarcastic and unnecessary. Customer service needs serious improvement. The only positives were the lady who did my nails and the lady who did my feet—they were both very sweet and did a great job.
