Five stars for K Electric! A few years after they did some work for us, we ran into an issue with an outdoor outlet box. When Joseph came out to look at the issue, he discovered that a wood screw had accidentally been used instead of a machine screw during the original installation. K Electric completely stood behind their craftsmanship. They didn't make excuses or try to deflect blame; instead, they immediately took accountability and performed the warranty repair free of charge. Joseph, Brandon and especially Misti were so professional and helpful as we prepared for a winter storm. They were very responsive in setting up a portable generator connected to the house electrical system. Highly recommend K Electric for any of your electrical needs! The two gentlemen that came out was respectful and very nice, they actually cared about the job they were doing and when they hit a point they didn’t know instead of leaving and saying they had no idea what to do next, they went and actually found a solution that really surprised me. Awesome job they did. I recommend them and will definitely use their services again..
