If at all possible, I recommend buying online and picking it up in the store. We recently bought a bed and had it shipped to the store. It was very easy to pick up and came in very fast. Initially I was going to buy from Amazon but the bed I wanted was going to take weeks to come in but we got the same bed in only 3 days! I'm really happy with the purchase and was very happy with how well the box looked after being shipped. There wasn't any dings or scuffs on the box. It appears they were very aware during shipping and the bed is great.
Let me tell you how impressed I was with Home Depot on one 1035 Memorial Parkway NW. in Huntsville 35801. As I was walking in there were two guys one named Rick loading another vehicle. I told him we we needed 50 sheets of half inch OSB. He said a lift has 69 pieces on it. And that they would start unloading 19 pieces so when we finish shopping, they were ready to load. We got a few of the things we needed in the store and went to the commercial checkout. I didn’t catch the lady’s name that check this out, but she was very nice and helpful. I bought a $3898 LG refrigerator from the Huntsville, AL: Home Depot. It was delivered on 22 Aug. and the Ice maker for large ice cubes does not work. We contacted the store and was told we had to work directly with the LG Company. We did for 2 days and almost 8 hours without ever able to solve the issue. We were told they had to order a new icemaker and it would be installed on 9/6/22; We were told the part is on back order and they would let us know when available. We tried to get a response from Home Deport without any result. I do not expect to pay $4000 dollars for an appliance that is still not working correctly after 3weeks. Robert Whitsett Fayetteville TN
