Alex did a thorough maintenance inspection of our units, and gave them a thorough internal cleaning from the abundant tree debris. He even flushed the water/dehumidifier traps with vinegar and showed us pictures to show the before & after treatments.
Very pleased with the technicians who serviced our A/C unit with repair completed I look forward to them returning to service the upstairs unit. Both techs were very professional and courteous.
Justin from Blake Bros did a thorough job with my annual plumbing inspection and went through due diligence to cover all aspects and components of my system. Realizing the water pressure was getting close to high and that my system was an older system, he offered and installed a pressure regulator valve and set the pressure for the house at a more appropriate level. Justin was friendly, easy to converse with, personable and professional. Having already gotten a crawlspace encapsulation from Blake Bros, which has dramatically lowered my utility bill, I am quite impressed so far with the company, it's employees, and it's work and services.
