If you’re looking for a nice drama free salon, this isn’t the place you’re looking for. I was seeing a hairdresser here and decided to get bangs. She said that she does free touch ups for bangs in between appointments. She told me if she was busy, her assistant would do it. I call a month later for my free bang touch up. I get taken to the back by someone who isn’t my hairdresser, so I assume it’s her assistant. I find out after that it wasn’t her assistant and I was charged $20. Why was I not booked with my hairdresser? She was there that day and even said hello. To me that seems like petty drama between the workers and them trying to sabotage one of their coworkers. I’m so glad my hairdresser left and started her own business because she’s AMAZING and petty salon drama is not for me. The way this business is ran is not professional.

Livia is such a gem! I have looked for years for someone here in Huntsville and have finally found her. I have had her cut my hair 3 times now and each time she gives me what I want but doing it her way so that it looks great. She is great, I love my hair and it’s even reasonable pricing!!!
