OUTSTANDING!!! Called at 11:00am. Explained my air was down and had a new grand baby in the house. They asked a couple of simple questions, to help diagnose I assume. Said we’re backed up but can be there by 1:30. Arrived 1:25 was up and running in less than than 30 minutes. Also cleaned the outside coil without request. Have used them before and have ALWAYS been highly satisfied!!! Thank you so much!
Review update: after a day and further inspection. I found that they cut two of the truss in the attic, without asking my permission. Also, they did not strap the furnace/air handler to keep it from moving. They also left trash everywhere and have the furnace/air handler sitting on wood that is resting inside the drip pan.
2nd update: The owner contacted me and personally came out to apologize and fix the problems. To me, that speaks a lot when it comes to owning up to something and making things right.
The schedule was confusing with 3 different appointments, and then I got another one replicating one of the appointments. This is when the tech showed up. I was ready and waiting during the other 2 times stated. Very confusing perhaps setting one appointment would avoid this problem.
