We were just over here and one of the guys kept following us around VERY closely and the guy who checked us out was looking us up and down like we were some kind of problem and was so rude. When we asked if he was open for checkout he wouldn’t even speak to us he just somewhat shook his head yes like we were stupids prices are ridiculous for items they get for free. I would never come back here again. Really wish there would have been someone higher up we could have talked to. Not one to typically ask to speak to the manager, but in this case I definitely would have liked to do so

Hid completely snapped toy with price tag, now my 2yo is crying because his "basket is broken forever" would not have purchased had I seen it was snapped.

I just left DRM on Memorial Parkway Huntsville SO unhappy.I was specifically looking for an office chair and they had about 4 without armrests but they also had 3 with armrest, and I wanted one of the ones with armrest. The problem was there was no price on any of the ones with armrests and I noticed there were other pieces of furniture on the floor that didn't have prices. So I asked the young lady at check out if a piece of furniture doesn't have a price tag on it does that mean it's sold. She said no. But she also told me the classic resale store line 'the chair couldn't be priced on the spot.'She said those chairs hadn't been processed yet so therefore from what I understood they could not be sold. SOMEBODY, Please make that make sense to me! I'll let you in on a little secret,. You can't make that make sense to me because I have managed a resale store for NINE years and I NOW work at a bigger nationwideresale store for the last one year. I totally get that we can't price things on the spot but in all my experience, that was because someone took the price tag off and we'd have to take it back to reprocess it. In THIS case and this downtown rescue mission store, they're putting merchandise out on the floor including lots of furniture without being processed, but customers are not allowed to buy these items because no one has processed them? That makes ZERO sense to me. I won't be going back to that store and I WON'T tell 10 people about my experience and tell them not to go to that store, but I am the type of person that will share the wealth and tell my friends and other customers where the best stores are, who has the best merchandise who has decent prices, and who has stores that are clean, etc...but I will never tell anyone to go to this store again.

A lot of these clothes are not just donated from giving citizens, they are confiscated and removed from the homeless people that reside at the mission. Most of the time without their permission. Take from the homeless for a profit.

Prices are way too high! Men's used slacks for $2.00 less than new at Walmart? Items in the store were donated by good people to help the financially troubled and DRM is charging way more than many people can afford. I've always heard that DRM cares more about money than the poor and homeless. Their prices practically prove the rumors.

Nice staff, good deals, like many other thrift stores it is a question of luck, we found some really good items very well priced.
