Jose and crew did a great, professional job repairing our crawlspace supports and reinforcing an existing vapor barrier. He took his time to ensure all of our concerns were addressed and they cleaned up the work area very well afterwards. Thank you!
I was very happy with the work and timely manner in which Kennedy and Son completed our unknown, old termite problem in the floor system under our house we were selling. Jake King answered all my calls or contacted me back every time I called. He also came back and fixed an unrelated crawl space problem the very next business day for us! I can’t say enough good things about his customer service!
We bought a house with sump pumps already installed in our basement. They have worked great for years and then we had a week long worth of rain and had a pump go bad. Had a tech there within a day to check them out and confirmed one went bad and was able to keep the system pushing water our of the basin while the new pumps got ordered.
Two guys came out and took out the old system and installed the new system and went over how everything works.
I really appreciate the hard work and someone that does what they say!
