I had been a customer for over 3 years at this location. I was 11 minutes late for my appointment (the threshold for reschedule was 10 minutes). All I needed was vitals and weight so I could renew a prescription. I was told I would have to reschedule. Signs on their reception area ask the patient to arrive 15 minutes early. Seems like a double standard. Why is their time more important than mine? You have a choice with who you give your money to, I will be taking mine somewhere else.

Look for a medical practice elsewhere! This office will cancel your appointments without warning, is deceptive in their dealings with patients and medications, and treat patients with utter contempt. April, in the front office, is condescending, threatening, and dishonest. I have NEVER dealt with another medical office with less professionalism. Their practices will put you in danger. We will be contacting the hospital, and perhaps state regulators, with legitimate complaints.

Dr. Yari Campbell is a good Physician. He listens and then helps as needed. So far Crestwood's continuous billing miscues seem corrected. Hope it stays that way.

You show up 8 minutes late because the new place isn’t even mapped correctly and they will reschedule even though the cutoff is 10 minutes.
