Colton showed up on time, listened to our issues, and then fully delivered what we wanted and needed. The crew at Coltus Roofing showed up and removed all the old metal and shingles without leaving any mess, anywhere. If you need a roof don't hesitate to give them a call. You will not be disappointed. They even have financing options to help with the initial cost. We couldn't be any happier.
By the way they even did gutters and they look fantastic.

They were super helpful. They have a fast turn around time so no waiting weeks or months to have everything taken care of. They were also willing to delay payment until our closing so to make things easier on all parties involved. All around would recommend 10/10 times and will be my first call if needed in the future.

Colton helped me out with getting an inspection done for both siding and roofing on a home I put an offer on. He was very professional and documented his findings very thoroughly with pictures and descriptions and walked me through an honest and trustworthy assessment of the condition of the siding and roofing. Colton is quick and detailed in his responses. He was able to provide me with estimates to repair both the siding and roofing of the home and explained everything that was included in the estimate as well as the reasoning behind it. His estimate was very reasonable. He additionally suggested some potential issues that could be hidden under the siding and roofing based on certain areas and how they were wearing. I was able to provide this to my seller in an effort to renegotiate based on his professional findings of the home's condition. His pricing was well documented. This is the second roof Coltus Roofing & Construction, LLC has done for me, along with some additional siding work, and once again they absolutely delivered. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, especially around weather delays. They kept me informed every step of the way and set clear expectations when conditions could impact progress.
What really stands out is their cleanup. Anyone who has had roofing work done knows how hard it is to leave a job site truly clean, but Coltus did a fantastic job both times. Nails, debris, and materials were handled thoroughly, and the property was left in great shape.
Reliable, professional, and easy to work with, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing roofing or siding work.
