This was Punkin’s first boarding experience since I rescued him. Everyone was so helpful over the phone and at the desk and the ladies that took me back to see him in his “cabin” to put me at ease with his space. I consider myself and Punkin very fortunate to have such a top rate new facility available. We look forward to have a daycare try in the near future!
I’ve been going to Chase Animal Hospital for about 2 years now and I am always left feeling so appreciative of every single person who works there. Everyone at the front desk is welcoming, kind, and informative. You can tell those who work at the doggy daycare truly love and care for the dogs. The veterinarians and vet techs always work diligently to ensure the health of our pets. Dr. Knight & Dr. Crabb are absolute delights and I just have to shout them out! I’m certain they are a busier clinic than most, but there’s something to be said for how everyone who works there does their best and never makes you feel rushed or unheard. Thank you all for your hard work!
Piper had idiopathic vestibular disease this last week and Dr Crabb was fantastic at diagnosing it and giving her medicine to make her better. The antibiotic for her ear and fluids with anti nausea and motion sickness made it so much better for her. She is doing so much better and only has one more night of her antibiotic for her ear. I appreciate Chase and Dr Crabb so much
