A beautiful, posh, well-appointed store. I took my wife out for the afternoon, just to get out of the house and see something different.
Our floor sales lady in the purse/ladies belts section was Aydah. She was splendid. Helpful, cheerful, and extremely smart. Thanks for a great experience!

Under staffed at Christmas. It was a very frustrating visit. I wanted to look at petite women’s clothing, but I couldn’t find the department, a directory, or anyone to ask. What happened to putting maps on the escalators? I left not knowing if they even carry petites anymore.
