I had an excellent experience with B&C Irrigation and highly recommend them. After another company failed to fix my sprinkler system and actually caused more issues, B&C came out and did a full, professional diagnostic that took about an hour and a half. They didn’t rush, didn’t guess, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. They clearly showed me how the previous company installed the valve incorrectly, which caused the system to fail. Their knowledge, patience, and transparency immediately stood out. They fixed the issue properly and charged me $244, which was very fair for the time, expertise, and quality of work they provided. The team came out to assess our backyard for an irrigation system extension (for a new Japanese garden). They checked wall unit to ensure the system could handle a new zone. Installed well. Great!
The serviceman that came up to turn on my irrigation was awesome. There were several issues with areas not coming up. He worked tirelessly to find the issues and fully resolved and had everything working before he left. I wish I would have got his name. Thank you B&C for having such awesome employees.
