Great customer service! We rented a power lift chair for a week while visiting our son. The delivery ran late due to a large installation job they had that same day, but Dave and his dad still happily made the delivery for us that night around 8:30pm. Philiciya, who took our order, handled the delivery delay so professionally with a follow-up phone call explaining the delay. She also comped the delivery fee because it ran so late. The power lift chair was clean and worked just as we needed. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent Customer Service! Hands down the BEST OPTION to handle your medical supply needs. David Swatzell heads that office and has the perfect blend of knowledge to help your search for the right solutions, wisdom to guide you through the “insurance” nightmare process, and compassion to calmly advise through some of the most stressful times as we seek help/solutions for family members. Kathrine, the office associate, is fabulous with follow up and accuracy to insure your order is complete from start to finish. Side note: COVID has placed an insane urgency on this type of business. We all have to do our part to have patience knowing that businesses like this are short staffed, have shipping issues on a daily basis and shortage of products worldwide. Be kind.
