Referred by VA. Appointment at 8:30, arrived at 8:48, called to let them know I was in traffic. First person to arrive. Filled out new patient paperwork in 10 minutes. It’s 10:10 still waiting for nurse/dr.Front desk and the weight /bp ladies are wonderful, but not understanding the drawn out wait.To my surprise, Ms Katherine, NP was awesome. She was knowledgeable, very thorough, and she listened to me. I believe that I am in great care and look forward to my procedures and working with this office.
I've been coming here for about a year now and I'm very happy with Dr. U. I have been having issues for a while and felt like previously I was not taken seriously, but I feel like the medical professionals here actually care. The front desk staff could be a little more pleasant. I had shown up for my previous appointment to be told I didn't have an appointment and that they attempted to call me and it didn't go through, which is a lie. Otherwise my experience has been good. The scheduling team is wonderful. The Dr and Nurses are wonderful. My procedure was as easy as it could be and a much better experience than I had in the past.
I don't know if it was a bad day but I had to wait 2h to be seen, last time it was 45min. Because of how late the doctor was, he and the nurse only saw me 3min and I felt very rushed and not taken care of properly. I also told them I had to have an exam done very soon because I was gonna lose insurance soon, the doctor said don't worry, we will be able to see you before that, but they didn't have any dates that worked for me and I don't think they really tried to help me out. So now I am home, still sick and the doctor didn't really told me or gave me any medications that would help because "I would be taken care of soon".
