My family and I have been patients of Dr. Thompson for many years now and have been very happy. Dr. Thompson is thorough but never tries to push for anything unnecessary. When I have needed small procedures, she has been quick and the pain is minimal. We’ve also recommended other family members and friends and hear nothing but positive feedback. Carrie, the hygienist is the BEST. She is very kind and attentive and her cleaning technique is unmatched. My teeth have never felt cleaner than when I see Carrie! I highly recommend this practice and Carrie if you’re lucky enough to get on her schedule!
Doctor Amy is friendly and efficient, as is her staff. She was able to work me in quickly when I had tooth pain even as a new patient. She has the technology in-house to make the crown while I waited so I was able to leave with a permanent crown in one visit. Dr. Amy and her staff are personable and attentive, and make going to the dentist as pleasant as it can be.
I had a great experience in their new location at 322 Jeff Road. Dr. Amy and her staff are tremendous in all categories. Everyone was receptive to my concerns and made sure I understood everything they discovered regarding my nerve pain. They're always willing to go the extra mile, and I recommend them highly!
