If their landscaping services are anything like their driving skills I definitely don't recommend them. At 12:50pm today one of their truck was speeding northbound on the parkway as I was merging on from Clinton Ave. I had my turn signal on to merge over, he came flying up beside me after I was already nearly all the way into the next lane and started coming over into my lane with no turn signal causing me to have to swerve over and slam on my brakes barely avoiding crashing into other vehicles.

ALM is a scam joke, they hire illegals, the entire crew, CANNOT verify proof of these people on Our Property. WE ASKED for Proof to KEEP US and Our community SAFE and OWNER CALLED me a racist, yelled at me repeatedly and hung up.
I asked for proof of these crews on MY Property, all they had to do is verify these crews were here legally. They went through my trash, AND Owner called me a LIAR, they have damaged many window screens not using proper weed eater guards.
The crews are barley capable to mow let alone anything about shrubs, trees etc. they can barely use a weed eater.
They deny being able to speak English and there is NO accountability from OWNER, he is after the MONEY Grab of Federal dollars. They destroyed our front entrance landscape, they are NOT Landscapers, they know nothing about Landscaping~ that are LABOR

Terrible. Had this service and ghost treatments. This Spring all these weeds appeared. I really don’t believe they applied the pre-emergent last Fall. Canceled service and will not look back. Paid my bill and then they sent another bill to collect more money even though they told me my balance was paid in full!!! Canceled!!!!! Crappy lawn treatment!!!

Update. I reached out to marketing like I was instructed to do. All they did was say they would do an internal investigation. After a few weeks i reach out and of course they are denying that they even had gravel on a truck. I know what I saw. I think they were just trying to save face on Google. I stand by my review. Will definitely not recommend.Going down I-565 last Monday and one of there trucks were dropping gravel all over the road. I tried to get away from him as quickly as I could but not quick enough. one of the rocks cracked my windshield pretty bad. I called the company to see if they would try to make it right. I was told that they would give my information to the right person and call me back. I ended up calling them on Thursday and was told ( kind of rudely) that they would not take reasonability for the windshield and that I could call my insurance. I would understand if it was a random rock but the gravel was poring from there truck. There is neglect on the drives part. I work in facilities and with a lot of different facility groups. I hope no one considers any of there bids. I feel that if they were to cause damages to someone's vehicle/property onsite they would not take responsibility for the damages. I would not recommend them to any of the groups I know and work with, just on there moral compass alone. I've been debating on calling my lawyer. Ill pay more up front to make sure they take responsibility for there neglect.

Would not recommend this company for a residential lawn. The people are super nice but quality is not there. Contracted them to install an irrigation system and sod for a very small back yard. The sod was laid in February and of course was dormant. they didn’t level the soil so I had a low area that was a big puddle when it rained. They came back to fix that by throwing a bunch of sand on the sod! When warm weather and rains came, I had a yard of weeds. I contacted them and was promised they would take care of it. The sod guy came out and assured me that he would get rid of them and keep up on it until they were gone. That’s after he accused me that perhaps they had blown into my yard. Funny, the neighbors’ yards looked weed free. Marina, the office manager was very nice and understanding. I withheld payment for about 2 months. The sod guy came two times to treat and check on the yard. I finally gave up and just paid and am now attempting to get rid of the remainder of weeds myself. Everyone who came out was nice. Just not a lot of follow through. They probably are great for commercial properties but not really for residential.Services: Lawn landscaping
