Dr Moss and his staff are absolutely wonderful with my kids! Morgan E especially is a rockstar! She took the best care of my daughter while she got her fillings. She kept her entertained and comfortable the entire time we were here. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would!

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Today I accidentally showed up for my son’s appointment two days early, and everyone was so kind and understanding about it. They were even able to squeeze us in with only a short wait. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service and how well they took care of us. Highly recommend! Dr. Moss and Emily was so patient with my son walking him through every step .

Great place until they stopped taking Guardian Life dental insurance all of a sudden without any notification and sent a bill.

Took one of our children to Brent M in Decatur. After the consultation it was clear he should not be working with children or the public in general. I asked him what was the sedation that they would be giving to my child. The response I got was very alarming and deeply concerning. He says.. “Do you have any training in sedation medicines? Then why should I explain it to you?” The child was emotionally upset, as any 4 year old would have been in a dentist office. He was angry that a 4 year old was crying and he said a few words and stormed off. After a few words back and forth we left and scheduled at another location with a more professional dentist and human. I will keep spreading this word as this man does not need to be working with young children. This was a few years ago but I will not let it go unnoticed.

Great visit. Didn’t take long. Quick to get me back. Pain free. Teresa was my Dental Hygienist. Dr. Moss was my dentist.
