Kim and staff are beyond professional and excellent at what they do, the bad review a week ago by some entitled person is wayoff based. You can't expect them to drop everything for you when you don't have an appointment, several of the regular customers were upset with this low class behavior and complaining like the rude keyboard warriors that they are and that goes for her key board warrior daughter! This place has a huge repeat business so I hope you go elsewhere if you want to be hateful and rude. We love this place and all my staff and family go there. I have been going to Kim and her mother for over 15 years after trying several places around the are there has been anywhere that could give me the wonderful service and atmosphere I have never ever seen Kim lose her temper for any reason thank you Kim and I do drive 30 minutes to get to her it is worth the drive she always try to accommodate whatever my needs are THANK YOU KIM AND MOTHER YOU ARE WONDERFUL

I just moved to the Huntsville area and got my nails done at A+ today. Kim did an EXCELLENT job! I have found my new nail salon!!!!!
