Today I had my chimney taken out and it patched. Caleb and his partner were very professional. After introductions they went straight to work. They had the job done very fast. I would recommend A1 and Caleb's crew to handle any job you have.
These guys were great! I had an issue with my direct vent gas fireplace where the flames were getting suffocated. I brought another company out & the tech said I'd have to replace the fireplace as nobody can fix the issue that I was having. Well, I didn't like that answer, so I kept looking for a solution. I got A-1 Chimney Specialist out there (Alan specifically). He diagnosed the issue, fixed it, & it's like I have a brand new fireplace! They communicated well, showed up on time (actually even a little ahead of schedule), & had great customer service the hole way through. We will be sure to use them again in the future & I recommend you do too!
Caleb was professional and answered all of our questions! His approach to educating us on our gas logs were excellent! I really appreciated him asking me if I wanted to demonstrate going through the process to ensure I was safely completing the steps. A++ customer service. Thank you
